78 Series
Sprockets
78 Series Sprockets are
machined from solid plates of material, resulting in a
sprocket that you can count on to get the job done.
Standard material for the 28 to 48 tooth range is black
UHMW-PE. The Shear Pin Sprockets have UHMW-PE teeth and
nylon hubs. Standard hardware is 304 series stainless
steel, with 316 series available as an option for the
most corrosive applications.
